BSM: Branded!
This Sunday night is going to be a special gathering as our entire BSM time will be led by our Summer Interns. They will be discussing how we are often branded or identified by our material things as opposed to who we are in Christ. They've done a great job of preparing a great night of fun with games and gift cards to give away, food to be eaten, and a better understanding of our relationship with Jesus. We'll be gathering from 6-7:15pm at the Bradley's (4004 Shrike Trail, Roanoke). See you there!
Summer Rec
For the 3rd year summer in a row, our Bara Interns have hosting our FREE Summer Rec. We've already had a phenomenal two weeks with days over 50 kids and coaches! We can still use your help in a few ways! First, spread the word. For all the information, get it here. Secondly, we can always use extra help and bodies, especially if you are a student in BSM or older. Lastly, please pray for our interns as they lead, all the kids that will come, and for the safety of all in the Texas heat. B-Kids
What an awesome rainy day in Texas! This week in Be Kids we will be starting the New Testament. Can't believe we made it all the way through the Old Testament already!! In Wee Kids we will be studying Elisha and making yummy bread. Excited to see everyone this Sunday!

Arise and Build
If you love accomplishing a lot at one time (think: one stop shopping) then you need to come check out our Arise and Build Prayer Nights every Tuesday evening at 7:00pm at the BARA offices. In less than an hour, you can praise The Lord for all He is doing in and through Arise and Build while you answer His call to pray audaciously for what is to come and if that wasn't enough: you will get to build new relationships with your BARA family!! One of the sweet byproducts of our Prayer Nights for those of us that have been participating is that we have experienced the joy of getting to know each other better in ways that can only happen by praying and spending time together.
