With graduation in the air and with summer right around the corner, I'm excited to be preaching a sermon called Commencement Speech with a focus on what the Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 16:1-15. BSM Fellowship: Game Night
By Sunday night, school will be out, summer will be upon us and we want to have great time. We'll provide great food, tons of games, and well kick summer off with our competitive juices flowing and fun times. We'll be gathering from 6-7:15pm at the Bradleys (4004 Shrike Trail, Roanoke). B-Kids
The children will learn that we should always be honest because of the damage that dishonesty can cause. Their Bible story will be from 1 Kings 13, Man of God from Judah. Their Bible verse is “Honesty guides good people; dishonesty destroys treacherous people.” Proverbs 11:3. In Wee kids our Bible story will be: Jesus washing the disciple’s feet (John 13:1-17). Their Bible verse is “Do what is right and good in the Lord’s sight, so all will go well with you.” Deuteronomy 6:18.

Arise and Build
If you love accomplishing a lot at one time (think: one stop shopping) then you need to come check out our Arise and Build Prayer Nights every Tuesday evening at 7:00pm at the BARA offices. In less than an hour, you can praise The Lord for all He is doing in and through Arise and Build while you answer His call to pray audaciously for what is to come and if that wasn't enough: you will get to build new relationships with your BARA family!! One of the sweet byproducts of our Prayer Nights for those of us that have been participating is that we have experienced the joy of getting to know each other better in ways that can only happen by praying and spending time together.
