Them People.

We all have "them people" in our life.  Who are "them people?"  The young, the old, the black, the white, the Democrats, the Republicans, the rich, the poor, the gay, the straight, the pro-life, the pro-choice, the pro-guns, the anti-guns, environmentalists, capitalists, socialists, Baptists, Methodists, or Atheist.  "Them People" are the ones who we see or even the thought of causes us to shudder.  We all have "them people."

Jonah had them too.  The Ninevites.  When God called Jonah to go to the Ninevites, Jonah had the audacity and apathy to say, "no."  Jonah could care less about "them people."  His lack of love for "them people" led him to run away from the love and leading of God.

On Sunday, August 7th, Pastor Joel and Bara Church began a new series based upon the book of Jonah called, "Them People." Make no mistake, this isn't just a series, it's a call to care!
