*Wednesday, July 3rd 1:00-1:30pm @ Meat U Anywhere, Trophy Club
Meet at Meat U Anywhere in Trophy Club to unload the truck of 2,000 waters into MUA’s cooler.
Taco Rollers
4:00-5:00am @ Meat U Anywhere, Trophy Club
Meet at Meat U Anwhere in Trophy Club to help roll 500 breakfast tacos.
Breakfast Set-Up Crew
5:30-6:15am @ the Bara Building
Meet at the Bara Building to load up and then move to the main entrance at Byron Nelson High School to unload and set-up.
Pick-Up and Deliver Coffee
5:45-6:15am @ Starbucks, Trophy Club
Pick up 1 cambro and 2 travelers of coffee at Starbucks then deliver them to the main entrance at Byron Nelson High School.
Breakfast Servers
6:00-8:15am @ BNHS
Serve breakfast to race runners in front of the main entrance to Byron Nelson High School.
Waters to Racers
7:00-8:00am @ BNHS
Hand out cold bottled water to racers as they cross the finish line.
Parade Water Crew
7:45-8:30am @ Meat U Anywhere, Trophy Club
Load waters from coolers into truck and transport to parking lot at Byron Nelson High School.
Breakfast Clean-Up
8:00-8:30am @ BNHS
Clean up breakfast and return items to the Bara Building.
Parade Participants
8:00-11:00am @ BNHS
Gathering in the BNHS parking lot and then walk along or ride the 1.8 mile parade route with Bara Church.
Return Coffee Cambro
8:30-8:45am @ BNHS
Return the coffee cambro to Starbucks.
All July 4th Volunteers should wear their Bara t-shirts.
