Bara's name is the Hebrew word for create. With our new building, we desire for it to be a beautiful place, full of creativity, joy and art. To be clear, not just any art but your art, your friend's art, and art from around the community! There's nothing dull about Jesus or the Gospel. Everything God creates is full of life and beauty and we think our space should exalt that as well.
With that, we have several walls that are displaying art. What kind of art? Well that's up to you with a few requirements when you submit.
The email will need to include a brief description of the medium, a title of your artwork and of course, the story behind it.
You may submit an old or brand new medium. You may also submit more than one.
This opportunity is open to anybody and everybody, including kids who'd like to submit their medium. It's to be a display of community art.
Mediums can include and are not limited to: photography, ceramics, sculptures, painting (oil, acrylic, pastel, water), and sketches.
